Order Cancellation Policy

In the Distraal B.V. dropshipping system, all submitted orders are automatically processed and integrated with inventory systems. Therefore, once submitted, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Orders After Submission

  • Once an order is submitted—via API or through the manual panel—it is immediately transferred to Distraal's fulfillment system.
  • For this reason, no cancellation requests will be accepted after the order has been created.
  • Partners must ensure all customer confirmations and product data are verified before placing the order.

Incorrect Orders

  • Orders with incorrect details (quantity, address, etc.) cannot be intercepted after submission.
  • If processed and shipped, they are treated as fulfilled orders. In such cases, returns will only be accepted if the issue was caused by Distraal (see return policy).

Important Notes

  • Partners using the API must thoroughly test their systems to avoid accidental order submissions.
  • Distraal does not offer any "order hold" or "pending approval" options—orders are final upon submission.
