Cosmopor Silicone Self-adhesive Wound Dressing is a sterile self-adhesive dressing. Thanks to the silicone adhesive layer, this is a very reliable skin-friendly plaster. The skin-friendly silicone adhesive layer allows you to remove the plaster 100% painlessly and does not burden the skin. The plaster has a 3-layer absorbent compress, is water-repellent and repositionable. The plaster is very suitable for children, people with skin problems, people with fragile skin, the elderly with thinner skin, people with chronic wounds and for postoperative wounds. Cosmopor Silcone is reliable for painless removal, making this plaster the ideal skin-friendly plaster. The Cosmopor Silicone is especially suitable for medium to larger wounds 7.5 x 5 cm. For smaller wounds we have Dermaplast Soft Silicone Plasters.
