RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

As Turor BV, we offer you high quality products as well as products that will maximize your satisfaction as a customer. We are also committed to making your shopping experience safe and enjoyable. Below you will find information about our processes for products that you are not satisfied with or wish to change for any reason.

Do you accept returns?

If the products received are defective or damaged, we will cover the return costs. For all other returns, the return costs are your responsibility.

Return period: Period during which the customer can return the product: 30 days.
Return method: You can send us the product you wish to return by email or fill out the returns form from the My Account > Orders menu and send us a request.
Warehouse Restocking Fee: No warehouse restocking fee is charged.
Return processing time: Period before the customer receives the refund amount: 7 days.

Return and exchange procedure: To make a return, you must proceed as follows:

You can either press the return button on the My Orders screen, fill out the form and return it, or contact us at [email protected]  and request a refund.
Follow shipping instructions carefully.
Make sure the products you return or exchange are in their original packaging, unused and in good condition.

Return and Exchange Process: You will receive the necessary instructions after reviewing your return or exchange request.
Once the returned products have been verified, your return will be approved and the corresponding amount will be refunded to your account.
Your modification requests will be processed as soon as possible and the new product will be sent to you. Your exchange transactions can only be carried out by email or telephone.

Exceptions for returns and exchanges:

Products from promotions and discounts.
Products specially designed for personal use or according to specific requirements.
Products that cannot be reused for hygiene reasons.
