Billing and Payment Policy

Subscription Fee

  • Distraal B.V. applies a subscription model for participation in its dropshipping service.
  • The first month is free. If the service is continued after that, the partner must pay a monthly subscription fee of EUR 39 (excluding VAT).
  • The subscription fee is charged in advance at the beginning of each month.

Order-Based Payment

  • In the Distraal dropshipping system, order-based prepayment is mandatory.
  • An order will only be processed once the product cost and shipping fee are fully prepaid.
  • Post-payment methods (credit terms or invoiced payment) are not allowed.
  • Orders are prepared and shipped only after full payment has been received.

Accepted Payment Methods

Distraal B.V. currently supports the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL
  • Bancontact
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

Note: SEPA transfers, wire transfers, or bank payments are not accepted.

Wallet System

  • Each partner is provided with a prepaid Wallet account within the system.
  • Orders submitted via API are automatically charged from the Wallet balance.
  • For manually submitted orders, payment may be made either through the Wallet or using the available payment options.
  • If the Wallet does not contain sufficient funds, API orders are automatically placed on hold.
  • Partners can top up their Wallet balance via the online interface.

Non-Payment and Service Suspension

  • If the monthly subscription fee is not paid:
    • API access will be deactivated
    • The order panel will be inaccessible
    • All services will be suspended until payment is received
  • This suspension is automatic and access will only be restored upon receipt of the due payment.
