Cosmetic Wholesale publishes your product catalog as a feed and accepts your paid orders for fulfilment. This documentation covers the three ways to connect.

If you run WooCommerce or Shopify, use the plugin. It already handles catalog import, hourly stock and price updates, order submission, retries and tracking write-back. Building against the API by hand only makes sense when you have no supported storefront.

What you need before you start

1. An approved Cosmetic Wholesale account on the dropshipping channel.
2. An active dropshipping subscription.
3. Wallet balance — orders are paid from your wallet at the moment they are placed.
4. Your catalog feed URL and account token, both shown on your Account page.

The same token is used for the catalog feed and for orders. It identifies your account, can be revoked and reissued at any time, and should never be published in client-side code.

You set your own retail price on top of our cost price with a margin percentage and a fixed amount. We never write into your shop — your shop pulls from us.

Notes that apply to every integration

• Product data comes from us. You send EAN and quantity; titles, images and cost prices come from the catalog.
• Empty wallet does not cancel an order. The order is created and held until your balance covers it. Your customer's order must stay open on your side.
• Warehouse credentials are never shared. Your shop only ever talks to Cosmetic Wholesale; the warehouse hand-off happens on our side.
