Return and Withdrawal Policy

Distraal B.V. only accepts returns or exchanges if the issue originates directly from Distraal itself. All other types of returns—including buyer dissatisfaction, withdrawal without reason, or change of mind—are strictly not accepted.

1. Distraal-Originated Issues

Returns are only accepted if the following issues are clearly attributable to Distraal B.V.:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Product defect present upon delivery

Conditions:

  • These issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If the issue is validated, Distraal B.V. will cover all associated costs, including the product price and return shipping, and will either issue a replacement or refund.

2. Customer Withdrawal / Buyer Dissatisfaction

  • Although EU law provides consumers with a 14-day right of withdrawal, Distraal B.V. does not accept returns for such reasons.
  • If the end customer wishes to return a product for personal reasons, the partner must handle the return independently, outside of Distraal's logistics.
  • Distraal B.V. does not repurchase returned items nor reintegrate them into its supply chain.

3. Non-Acceptable Return Cases

Returns will be automatically rejected in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, opened, or its original packaging has been damaged
  • Return request was not submitted within the required 48-hour window
  • Product was damaged due to customer negligence during handling
  • Reasons related to taste, preference, or buyer's mistake
