Termination Policy

Participation in Distraal B.V.'s dropshipping service requires an active subscription. The following terms define how the agreement may be terminated and under what circumstances service access ends.

  1. Subscription Cancellation (By the Partner)
    • The partner may cancel their subscription at any time via the Distraal control panel.
    • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the currently paid subscription period.
    • Access to the system and services remains active until the current period expires.
  2. Non-Payment of Subscription
    • If payment for the next subscription period is not made before the current one expires, the subscription is considered automatically terminated.
    • In such cases, API access and the order panel will be suspended.
    • To resume service, the partner must complete a new payment.
  3. Termination by Distraal B.V.
    • Distraal B.V. reserves the right to immediately terminate the partnership in cases such as:
      • Misuse of the platform, API, or content
      • Suspicion of fraudulent activity or illegal practices
      • Trademark or licensing violations
      • Serious breach of the agreement terms
  4. Post-Termination Procedure
    • Orders submitted and accepted before termination will still be processed.
    • Any remaining balance in the partner's Wallet may be refunded or retained as system credit upon request.
    • All use of Distraal content must cease upon termination.
